Run by Anthony Hartcher, this workshop is dedicated to providing simple nutritional tips that work as strategies to stay healthy without having to feel deprived and famished. You’ll learn how and why diets don’t work by exploring the fundamentals of nutrition – the building blocks of life! You’ll come out confident that calorie counting is not the answer and with the necessary tools to make healthy choices whilst not saying no to the things you love.
Anthony is a Wellness Specialist and the founder of me&my wellness. He holds a Bachelor of Complementary Medicine, completing is final year of a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopath) and has over 25 years experience in helping others live well.
