Looking after your skin

DATE: Monday 25th of September
TIME: 12pm to 1pm
LOCATION: Kahlo Boardroom
TICKETS: $10 (free for Members)

Did you know the skin is your largest organ and the best barometer of what is going on in your body? The Australian climate whilst wonderful, is harsh and means that from the age of 25, our skin is starting to age – it is never too early to consciously look after your skin – it will benefit all aspects of your life.

This month, MUSE have invited skincare expert Karen Matthews to enlighten us on the link between what goes into our bodies and what goes on our bodies. In this one-hour session you will learn and understand the key benefits of certain ingredients and identify what to look for and what to avoid in your food and personal care products.

Ultimately, a nourished skin leads to a healthier balance and makes people feel, work and live better – something that the MUSE community feels strongly about.

Karen Matthews is passionate about the health and wellness space and in particular in educating people how to make it easy and relevant in their life.  Karen can talk from vast experience – she spent 10 years running a major skincare company (as well as a number of other senior corporate roles) and is a real life testament to the holistic living concept.  She is an entrepreneur, a competitive masters Crossfit athlete and mum to two teenagers.  She is a mentor, coach and leader who is engaged, warm and real with an infectious love of helping people achieve their dreams.
