Led by Tammi Kirkness, this meditation session is targeted specifically at busy working minds – prone to over thinking and over analysing.
Using techniques of repetitive ‘releases’, it helps acknowledge limiting beliefs and ways of thinking that are no longer serving you. Chances are, you’ll be walking away from this session feeling refreshed, renewed and like you’ve shed an old layer of yourself.
Dress Code | As you will be sitting still in a chair for this session, feel free to wear whatever is comfortable for you.
Arrival Time | We will be kicking off at 6pm so aim to arrive about 10 minutes early so we can start on time.
Event Overview | The meditation class will run for approximately 60 minutes with time afterwards to mingle and chat to your co-meditators! Light refreshments will be provided.
Testimonials from previous events
“Tammi’s style of meditation is totally different to any type I’ve done before. For a busy minded person like myself it’s perfect as it keeps me focused on the practice rather than my mind constantly wondering. I walk away feeling lighter, calmer, more focused and totally relaxed. It’s truly amazing.” – Luci
“Great rooftop meditation session with Tammi. Perfect for letting go of the stresses of a busy day. Loved the style of meditation we did which was nicely combined with music in parts. Was suitable for anyone to join whether you had done meditation before or not.” – Amy
