Vinyasa Yoga: A combination of fluid movement with breath before winding down to longer hold stretches and rest (Shavasana). Challenge your strength and flexibility, connect you to your breath and soothe your nervous system. Kiin Yoga is a practice of maintaining a calm presence so that you can stay clear and lucid off the mat.
